EKG
An electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) is a test that checks for problems with the electrical activities of your heart. An EKG works by translating the heart’s electrical activity into the line of tracings on paper.
BMR
Refers to the minimum amount of energy, in the form of calories, that your body requires to complete its normal functions, such as breathing, breaking down food, and keeping your heart and brain working. Direct effects on basal metabolic rates can include age, gender, weight, and physical activity.
HRV
This is a non-invasive heart rate variability study providing information similar that of a stress test. The HRV measures the spaces between the heart beats to determine the overall health of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, and autonomic nervous system which includes the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.
ZYTO
This is used to maximize the results by helping me choose the right solution for your body at the right time. In the most basic terms, ZYTO technology uses quantum physics as well as established Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) technology to measure fluctuations in the electrical conductivity of the skin. An application of GSR you may be familiar with is lie detector testing.
